A question about Mormans? This is about a gift!?
We are having a going away party for a women that I have worked with for about 10 years. I bought her a really nice pair of gold leverback earrings with dangle cross charms on them. I have a pair and love them. So I thought she would to. But while I was having lunch with a friend today, she told me this lady is of the Morman faith. And that mormans do not believe in wearing crosses. I don't want to offend this lady, or give her a gift that she will not wear. I have searched the internet and can not find any thing about this subject. Can some one please tell me if this is true or not. Do Mormans not believe in wearing crosses?

No Mormons do not believe in wearing crosses. Your friend is right. If this lady is a Mormon, even though the earrings are a very nice gift. She will not wear them. Mormons believe that Jesus bore the Cross for us. So we do not have to.
