I have a diamond ring labeled "Jacobs 18k" on the inside of the band. Does anybody know of this jeweler?
That's all it says. I just inherited the ring and I know nothing about jewelry. I've looked high and low on the internet and I've even snapped a photo of it using the Google Goggles App, but I haven't found a thing.
18k tells you that it's 18k gold. The Jacobs is likely a stamp from the jeweler who made the ring. Since it was an inherited ring there is a chance the company is no longer in business.
