My first mobile contract... will Orange negotiate a decent price?
I have been on Orange Pay as you Go for approximately 4 years now and have decided it is time to move to contract. The phone I am looking at is the BlackBerry Curve 8520 limited edition in Silver which has only been available on their website for a couple of days.
The problem is that the cheapest online contract with this phone is £22.50 which is about £5 more than what I would actually wish to be paying per month. The package itself also has too many texts for my liking as I would tend to use the Blackberry messenger to communicate with my friends.
Do you think there is a chance that if I ring up saying that I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and the fact that Virgin are offering it as little as £15 they will be willing to negotitate a deal around the £17 mark?
